Melissa and the team at this Doubletree are incredible! I tin't thank them plenty for all they did, especially Melissa. From mean solar day i she was incredible with her customer service, her follow ups, scheduling coming together times that work all-time for me, being in constant communication, and just overall being a dream to work with. I had an issue where my wedding engagement had to exist inverse after I had already booked the venue, and Melissa and the staff here were more than than accommodating to our date change. I capeesh that and so much!
I visited and inquired about maybe 20 other venues that accommodated outside catering and none were as peachy as this venue. At that place's the location, the beautiful ballroom, the pre-role gallery, the incredible staff, the COOKIES!, and last just not least MELISSA! No other venue comes shut to this place--the beauty and elegance of the ballroom plus the price range is neat. I loved the venue so much and there are bang-up photo spots to accept photos around. I did their hosted valet package which I'm glad I got (and at an affordable rate!). The ballroom has beautiful chandeliers, the carpet isn't as well loud, the lights dim but correct, the pre-role gallery is fantastic, and the function buildings surrounding the venue have great little gardens to take photos at! The staff at my wedding were very friendly likewise.
I just have to emphasize that the best role of this venue is the people!--other venues had horrendous restrictions and outrageous demands. Hands down, Melissa was the best catering manager I met and she is one of the reasons I selected this hotel (aside from the ballroom!) I would frequently send her long lists of questions and she would get back And so quickly. Every due east-mail was responded to in an efficient manner and no question e'er went united nations-answered. I highly recommend this beautiful venue and the staff hither!
